Meet Sarah
Sarah founded Flourish more than 15 years ago after recognising the need for training that was both practical and genuinely impactful—programs designed not simply to tick a box, but to create meaningful and lasting change for people and organisations.
Since then, she has worked with thousands of people, helping them build confidence, strengthen performance and contribute to more engaged, capable and resilient workplaces.
With more than two decades of experience designing and facilitating learning programs, Sarah has gained valuable insight into the challenges people face at every level of an organisation. This understanding shapes her approach to creating learning experiences that are relevant, engaging, easy to apply and focused on making a lasting difference.
Sarah is equally committed to making the training experience straightforward and enjoyable for clients, without ever losing sight of the outcomes they want to achieve.
