Sarah Reece

 

Sarah is the founder of Flourish Consulting and is a highly skilled facilitator, consultant, coach, and instructional designer with over two decades of experience working in learning and development and almost 30 years in the corporate sector. Sarah is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to support them with achieving lasting behavioural change that enables people to flourish in both their personal and professional lives.

 

Sarah specialises in the areas of communication, mindset, leadership, performance development as well as enhancing resilience and wellbeing. She draws on researched and evidence-based theory that is underpinned by neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology and combines her expertise in developing people with her strong commercial acumen gained from a previous career in marketing. This, along with her experience with having worked in senior leadership roles, provides her with both credibility and the capacity to support individuals with navigating the complexities of organisational life.

Sarah has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in music) and is an ICF accredited coach. She is also accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including Hogan Leadership Profiling tool, Genos Emotional Intelligence and Firo B.

 

Sarah is a certified yoga teacher and has been a qualified meditation teacher since 2004. She has also undertaken advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has completed a Diploma in Ego State Therapy. Sarah also holds an Associate  of Music Australia Diploma (A. Mus. A).

Belinda is a highly skilled facilitator who has worked extensively from frontline level to Executive and Board level for the past 17 years. Her experience in both the public and private sectors encompasses having worked as a lawyer, manager and performance consultant.

 

Belinda drives audience engagement through the application of a proven framework aligned with adult learning principles. She draws on her depth of experience to create brain-friendly, thought provoking sessions that are designed to assist with concept retention as well as application post the training workshops.

 

An avid learner, Belinda is continually researching content in her areas of specialty to bring the latest research and thought leadership to her programs. Whilst Belinda delivers programs on a range of topics, she has a specialist interest in programs relating to leadership and workplace performance, communication and influence, organisational change and risk.

An accredited Master Coach with specialist expertise in below conscious communication, Belinda brings a unique skillset to her program facilitation.

Simon Quirk

 

Simon is an experienced strategy consultant and facilitator with over 10 years’ experience in both designing and facilitating strategic planning workshops. Many of the organisations that Simon has partnered with have achieved transformation based on the quality of his strategic facilitation process combined with the practical approach he offers clients to ensure effective strategy implementation. 

Simon guest lectures in strategy and innovation to post grads in the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University and is a Director of Runway HQ (a state government backed body building regional business ecosystems).

His experience includes facilitated workshops for executive and leadership teams at corporates such as Telstra, NAB, ANZ, BASF and MMG Mining, not for profits and leading private businesses across sectors that include professional services, financial services and construction. His experience extends to the public sector as well.

Simon has applied his extensive knowledge in strategy to help establish several businesses such as Strategy Fusion (integrated system for strategic planning), VidVersity (video learning), Fourth Line (financial advice compliance) and Settle Easy (conveyancing). 

Simon also has experience as a commercial and mergers and acquisitions lawyer in leading international law firms, also acting as General Counsel, Risk Manager and Company Secretary in an ASX listed international manufacturing company and then as Vice President of Getty Images, an international media company based in London. Simon has also fulfilled the role of Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of an ASX listed financial services company.

 

He has worked in both Australia and the UK, with responsibility for operations, strategy, finance and HR across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.
